Special Rubber Logo to REPLACE (TCL on Bag) is available. Minimum 500 pcs plus $250.00 (V) for MOLD. Lead Time 45-60 Days.

6. PMS Color Match:
$30.00 net per color on all new and repeated orders. We will make every effort to match the PMS Color or designated colors. Please try to specify a (PMS) Pantone color on Purchase Order.

8. Embroidery
Call for Pricing. All items differ in availability. Logo may include up to 5 colors and must be no smaller than 1/2". Sample pricing as follows: Tape Charge + Cost of Item. Tape Charge = $10 per 1,000 stitches (min. 5,000 stitches)

9. Print Size
All Artwork submitted will be printed to fit the maximum imprintable area UNLESS otherwise specified or stated on the Purchase Order.

10. Artwork
Camera Ready Artwork is required. Please submit Vector Based files. ILLUSTRATOR files are of preference. We do not accept faxed artwork. Floppy, Zipped, e-mailed and CD's are acceptable methods. Please keep a copy for yourself, in case customer service has questions. To submit via e-mail, send to design@tclbrand.com

11. Paper Proof
No Charge. Please fax Proof of Acceptance to (310) 323.5825

12. Actual Sample Proof
$50.00 (V) per color plus end quantity price.

13. Less Than Minimum
$50.00 (V) applicable charge on less than minimum orders. Imprinted items must be at least 50% of beginning quantity.

14. Production Time
Normally 7-10 Business Days for imprinted items and 24 hours for non-imprinted items based on availability of item.

15. Cancellation
Cancellations will be accepted only for orders that have not been imprinted. All cancellations must be in writing. There will be 10% cancellation fee. Custom-Made orders are considered firm after purchase order is received.

16. Returns
Customers must file a claim to distributor in writing within 10 Days after receipt of goods for any order that does not comply with the contract. Distributor waives all rights after a 10 Day grace period. A 15% re-stocking fee will apply for returns of NON-IMPRINTED ITEMS that are not supplier's error. Returns will not be accepted without factory approval. All returns must be freight prepaid.

17. Disclaimer
Manufacturer cannot guarantee 100% continuity of exact shade, color, texture, weight, size or construction of finished product because of the nature of the material. We will not be held responsible for the inability to ship any order on time due to quota, customs, strikes, or natural causes. Of course, we will make every struggle to meet our customers deadline.

18. Shipping
Best Way to determine by supplier. UPS regular pre-paid or carrier for larger orders unless otherwise specified by customer.

20. Packaging
Bulk Only. Polybag and stuffing available upon request. $0.75 - $1.50 for special or palletized packing.
